Terms and conditions of use

Everything on the site includes VAT, unless stated otherwise. You can only order through the site. We may not accept orders by mail, text message or other means in connection with the regulations of the NVWA.

You can find our points of sale on the map points of sale, on the map at the top left of each page.

Pick up at one of our pick-up addresses is always possible or we will deliver it to another customer in your area if your order amount is too low or you are not at home on the day of delivery.

Orders are confirmed by email and then shipped or delivered to you by us. If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us and we will solve it.

Fresh meat is always delivered. Delivery above 100.00 euros (excluding VAT) is free.

For orders below 60 euros, we charge 10.60 euros incl. VAT and between 60 and 100 euros that is 5.30 euros, incl. VAT.

Make sure that you order the fresh meat in time, then we can ensure that the product is in stock. Orders for Sunday 22:00 will be delivered according to the delivery schedule. You will receive an email from us at least 1 day before delivery with the expected delivery time.

If you do not use the online payment system, you can pay in cash to the driver or pay with him / her on the spot.

General terms and conditions of Dogmeat BV

General

Before Dogmeat BV proceeds to apply these conditions, it will always offer a suitable solution for every occurring problem. However, these conditions are necessary for those cases where a reasonable solution with the customer is not possible.

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations and agreements of the private limited company Dogmeat BV.

By entering into an agreement with Dogmeat BV, the other party waives any terms and conditions used by him or her, so that all our agreements exclusively apply the conditions applied by Dogmeat BV.

All quotations and offers made by Dogmeat BV are without obligation. The agreement is only concluded by written (order) confirmation from Dogmeat BV or by actual implementation by Dogmeat BV. Changes to orders only bind Dogmeat BV insofar as these changes have been confirmed in writing by Dogmeat BV or have actually been carried out by Dogmeat BV.

Delivery times

Agreed delivery times can never be regarded as a deadline, unless this has been expressly agreed. In the event of late delivery, Dogmeat BV must therefore be given written notice of default by registered post before Dogmeat BV becomes in default.

Products

All statements and / or statements by Dogmeat BV with regard to its products and / or services will be made to the best of its knowledge, but are not binding. Deviations and / or changes of any kind and size are expressly reserved by Dogmeat BV.

Price changes

Dogmeat BV is at all times entitled to change the agreed rates and / or prices.

Prices

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Dogmeat BV is entitled to pass on any change in the VAT rate to the other party.

A number of prices can fluctuate, these are products that are sold per piece and the price per kg is calculated.

For delivery of orders under € 60.00 (incl. VAT) € 10.90 (incl. VAT) will be charged.

For delivery of orders between € 60.00 (incl. VAT) and € 100.00 (incl. VAT) € 5.45 (incl. VAT) will be charged.

Delivery, payment and execution

Before the order is actually processed, you have the opportunity to check and adjust your order.

Immediately after placing the order, you will receive an email that your order has been placed. Your invoice can always be found on our site.

You can pay via the webshop with Ideal, in cash or by pin to the driver.

Complaints about products or delivery must be reported in writing or by email (info@dogmeat.nl)

Term of payment

Payment on account is excluded for private customers. You must pay in advance or to our driver. In some cases you must pay for the next delivery or at the latest within 14 days after delivery.

Absenteeism

If payment is not made on time, the other party is in default without a notice of default being necessary. Without prejudice to its other obligations, the other party owes interest on an annual basis of the applicable statutory interest rate, increased by 3%, from the due date of the invoice until the day of full payment of the outstanding amounts.

Collection costs

In the event of late or non-payment, all administration costs, extrajudicial collection costs, as well as procedural, legal and execution costs will be incurred.
